Fairly clean hotel, the staff was helpful and amazingly nice.

Its location within a close distance from an aqueduct-fed rococo fountain was fantastic and excellent. Reasonably spacious and perfect room, we felt like at home.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, situated near all the top brand shops and amazing restaurants. We were able to easily explore the main shopping area and even had a blow dryer right next door. The room was spacious and clean, providing a quiet environment for a good night's sleep.

The service at the ground level was lacking in quality and hospitality, with random indications and judgmental attitudes towards guests, as if they were not there to work for us.

It's a dream for anyone who loves fashion as there are numerous luxurious boutiques to shop at. the staff is both professional and friendly, providing excellent service to guests. The breakfast is delicious and varied, giving you a perfect start to the day. The rooms are spacious with many amenities like an exquisite bathroom and extravagant leisure facilities to make your stay pleasurable. Finally, the view from the hotel is breathtaking, showcasing the city in all its glory. The only downside is shared elevators, which could cause some mild congestion.

The elegant and well-thought-out design made us feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet. It felt like a luxury residence and the presence of Zuma in the same building added to the exclusivity. a classy and memorable experience.

The place had a quiet atmosphere. The room was stylish and elegant, besides it had coffee/tea making facilities and glassware, just in case. In general the service was unparalleled.
